With a staggering variety of fresh seafood and vegetables to choose from, Hoi An restaurants have it pretty easy when it comes to preparing delicious fare. But as Alyssa Worsham discovers, Mango Rooms just made the competition a little more complicated.
Based on the popularity, and prices, of restaurant Asia de Cuba in New York and London, the potential for fusing Latin and Asian cuisines remains
largely untapped, even in the most food-savvy cities. So it was with great
surprise, and immense satisfaction, that I found a small bastion of this
culinary style in the quaint beach town Hoi An: Mango Rooms.
