... Next door is the Mango Rooms, a suit of the most fancifully colored dining rooms in Vietnam. However playful the decor, the kitchen is all business and produces some of the finest and most inventive dishes around. Duc, the thirtysomething chef-owner, emigrated to Texas in the mid-1980s and returned to Hoi An several years ago, clearly inspired by Latino flavors. If you like cumin, this is your spot.
